During this time of unprecedented disruption and unsurmountable hardship to the lives of millions across the country and while we are adapting to new daily life normal, I find myself in writing this letter to you explaining arisen challenges.

If we all were told 5-6 weeks ago that this country could be in today’s situation, we would have said it is impossible. Yet here we are, unfortunately. The situation is not ideal, of course and nothing is ideal in a global uncured pandemic as it can be realized specially this time around.

Normally, line of work I’m involved would be running in full swing but much has changed since. However, much of my goal remains the same, just like everyone else, I’m eager to resume my work flow & earning ability and I am staying positive that new normal will be set soon, everyone’s daily life will be stabilized.

I am, as everyone else, seeing and deeply and painfully aware of the disappointment and sufferings of all those affected ones by this horrific disease so I cannot rush to daily work, the common patience and mutual understanding are essential this time until the situation is normalized.

Therefore, I’d like to ask your permission to postpone (hold, freeze, etc.) our (default or not, student or car loan, rental or utility payment, credit card, direct withdrawal, etc.)
 - lender or utility co, etc. name
 - your account #

Again, I’m positive to regain my financial strength and I will do my best to recoup any missed payments as we move forward. Finally, I want to thank you for your patience and flexibility during these challenging times.
Be well and Let’s stay strong!
